            MOTHER TO DAUGHTER



My girl i am proud to have you,
for,you made your presence worthwhile.
         
                             With you i have nothing to argue,
             you were there for me in every hard time,
         your and my bonding do rhyme.

 I have no complains for you,
then also in my heart some consequences are due.

                              They say you can't replace son,
            seeing your devotion towards me they make fun.

 But i don't understand what special is a boy,that not a girl,
you are precious to me as pearl.

                               They say their belief,
              but for their thinking i do grief.

i have written this poem on my own i hope you will like it.

                          A CURSE Dowry is the worst tradition followed by us Indians. This is the tradition which leads women to face a hellish life and is a prominent reason due to which girls are so unwanted, killed even before their birth. Dowry is a act in which girl's side have to give valuables,money,riches,things etc to boy's side. In other words Dowry is a tradition which compels girl's parents to compulsorily give riches and things to boy's parents .                                             कशमकश    टूटे सपनों की कब्रिस्तान हूँ,  लोगों की नजरों में इंसान हूँ, जी रही हूँ खुश हूँ, इन धारणाओं से परेशान हूँ । कोई क्या जाने,  रोज मर के जीना क्या होता है, पल-पल दिल का ठंडा पड़ना क्या होता है, हर वक्त खुद को धिक्कारना क्या होता है। क्या जाने कोई,  दिल के सपनों का आँखों के सामने चूर-चूर होना क्या होता है,  क्या जाने कोई,  किसी को अपने सपनों की जिंदगी जिते देखना क्या होता है। क्या जानेगा कोई,  रात को रोते रोते सोना,  उस पर भी छुप कर रोना,  कैसा होता है क्या समझेगा कोई, खुद से नफरत करना कैसा होता है ,  खुद को कोसना क्या होता है  जिंदगी के हर पल को धिक्कारना कैसा होता है।  क्या समझ सकेगा, कोई किसी को ! हर किसी की कोई कहानी है यहाँ,  हर कोई कहीं न कहीं लड़ रहा है। होती है जिंदगी खूबसूरत,  पर हर किसी के लिए नही, कईयों के लिए  लड़ना ही   जीना होता है। - Komal
